• Conduct regular photographed property inspections.

CLEAR VISTA REALTY, Inc knows that it is cost effective to have low tenant turnover. Our goal is to keep the tenants satisfied. We will handle all aspects of tenant turnover and tenant occupancy.

• A continual market analysis for optimal rent.
• Market vacant properties.
• Analysis of lease rates, vacancies, and trends.
• Lease negotiations including site selections, renewals and terminations.
• Monitor and enforce all property rules.
• Coordinate all tenant maintenance requests.
• Maintain positive tenant relations by collecting feedback.
• Use feedback to accomplish tenant satisfaction.
• Update tenants on procedures as in Emergency Situations.
• Collect rent, late fees and all other income.
• Handle court filings and evictions.
• Evaluate and monitor tenant and vendor insurances.
