Insurance

Your association should be covered by an assorted number of insurances. These needs may vary according to the properties and common areas. Areas in need of discussion and coordination are:

• Liability insurance: CLEAR VISTA REALTY, Inc will coordinate necessary
  insurance for injuries that are incurred during use of common areas.
• Property damage: If you need to replace property due to damage
  from fire or other loss.
• Workers compensation: You will need this if injury occurs to volunteers,
  board members or volunteers.
