Liasion
We at CLEAR VISTA REALTY, Inc. will become familiar with all by-laws and community rules. This prepares us to be the liaison between the residents and board members in an informed fashion. We keep informed of state statutes that are needed to govern the association.
- Foster certainty that by-laws are being followed and association is
governed properly. Assure accurate paperwork is filed with the state. - Systematize annual meetings by organization, correspondence to residents, and
announcement of previously agreed upon times of the annual meetings. - Provide agendas and notices associated with the meetings.
- Attend, transcribe and type meetings as agreed, 2 or 4 Board meetings a year,
as well as the Annual meeting. - Owner receives a welcome packet that includes the Associations
documents, and policies. - Keep a file on each home and include any correspondence or deed restriction letters.
- 24 hour emergency assistance with the common areas.
- Manage all verbal, written and electronic communication with homeowners including
a record of all contacts. - Maintain owner roster (tenant and non tenant), and billing addresses of residents.
- Receive and review architectural changes wanted by owners, then raise them to the board.
