CLEAR VISTA REALTY, Inc. understands living within an HOA will impose certain restrictions on the residents. We hope all will see this as gaining compliance and agreement.

• Insure all residents are presented with the deed restrictions in a positive manner so that there is a sense of community togetherness.
• Maintain a log of physical inspections of premises and present them to the board.
• Notify residents of non compliance and necessary repairs.
• Resend notifications as necessary.
• Secure and oversee contractors to repair or maintain non compliance properties.
• Coordinate meetings with the Board, resident and legal counsel if necessary.
• Bill residents of any costs incurred for repair or legal counsel.
• Coordinate all architectural additions or changes.
