Maintenance

During your stay in your home if you have questions or concerns feel free to call our office. Please refer to our”Troubleshooting Guide” before calling, or putting in a Maintenance Request. Emergency repairs need immediate attention.

• Emergency Repairs need to be called in to us at 512-468-2241.
• Emergency Repairs include.
  • Water leaks/flooding –this will damage the property.
  • No heat during freezing conditions outside.
  • No hot water.
  • Fire or storm damage.
• Maintenance requests need to be in writing to our office. You can do this with the online Maintenance Request form or mail it to our office.
• All maintenance repairs will be arranged by Buono & Associates, Inc. We will prearrange the appointment and the resident is responsible for being at the
  residence for the repair person. If the repair person arrives and the resident is not there, the resident is responsible for “service and trip charges” that are incurred.
