Moving Out

These are some forms and procedures that you need to keep in mind when moving out:

• We will need a written notice in our office 30 days prior to move out.
• A “Move Out Condition Form” needs to be filled out with us.
• Your security deposit will be mailed to you 30 days after you move out,
  minus any deductions.
• The unit is expected to be in a good, clean condition.
• Only one check can be issued for the deposit, and we will need one
  forwarding address.
