He Owned a Flooring Company From 1994-1999, and has a Certificate in Mold Remediation as Well. This Facet of his Background Facilitates in Proactive Maintenance and Recommended Improvements of the Properties he Manages. John Received his Texas Real Estate Brokerage License in 1997. He has Been Active in Florida in Property Management, Real Estate Investments and Sales for Residential Property. In Texas, From the Time When he Received his Brokerage, he Has Been Continuously Involved in Management of Texas Residential and Commercial Investment Properties, as Well as Property Facilities Management. He is Active in the National Association of Residential Property Managers, in Good Standing with the Better Business Bureau and a member of the Houston, Dallas, Austin and San Marcos Board of Realtors.

Linda Received her BA from Texas Christian University in 1982 with an Interior Design Degree. A Few Years Later She Went Back to School and Earned her Certificate to Teach. She has Taught High School but has Spent Most of her 17 Year Teaching Career as a Bilingual Elementary Teacher. Linda Received her Real estate License in 2007. She Actively Shows Properties and Manages the Office Staff. The Advantage of Being Bilingual in Spanish Helps Serve our Spanish Speaking Population of Investors and Tenants.
